1. Professional Photographer - Greg Jessen is the president of the company and the lead photographer. Over 25 years of event photography experience have helped make him one of the most creative and dependable wedding photographers in the country. 2. You own all your images - This is important! You need to control your wedding photos and be able to do anything you want with them.
3. You get up to 10 hours of photographer's time - We know how long it actually takes to photograph a wedding the right way. From pre-wedding staged photos and the bride getting ready all the way through the reception, your day is photographed in its entirety.
4. Every photo is edited in Photoshop - Lightened, darkened, color corrected, and ready for you to do what you want. You don't have to do anything to the images.
5. You will receive 3 complete DVDs of all your images within 45 days of your wedding day. An average-sized wedding will receive 500-700 completely edited photos as a final product. That is a lot of images for you!
6. You will receive a custom photo timeline for your wedding day that you can share with your family and wedding party. This will help take away any stress associated with time. After you meet with your photographer and we find out every detail of your wedding, we can then determine what the timeline should look like. Things that affect the timeline are whether or not the bride and groom want to see each other before the wedding, how many in the bridal party, and how large your families are, just to name a few.
7. We use high-end professional digital camera equipment, lenses, lighting, etc.
8. You will receive an online account that will help you plan your special day and the photos you will want to have.
9. We provide you with an agreement with everything spelled out very clearly and easy to understand. No surprises with our company. What we say we will do, we will do.
10. All your photos will be posted to a secure website for all your friends and family to enjoy. We provide web cards at the reception so your guests will know where to find the photos. We also send you an email with the site address and your account password that you can forward to everyone in your circle.
11. We provide facebook updates as to the status of your wedding photography that you can share with friends and family. We will give updates, show photos from engagement shoots, weddings, and receptions, and update everyone as to when the photos are online.
12. Once a deposit is put on your account, your day is reserved and no one else will have an opportunity for that date. We have two complete teams. The first photographer booked for a date is always Greg Jessen, so if Greg is the photographer you want, make sure to book plenty in advance.
13. We have a full-time office staff who will provide you with the best customer service in the industry. We pride ourselves on our customer service and it is very important that we treat every bride and groom like they are the only client we have. There is nothing more frustrating than paying a deposit and then never being able to get in touch with the person who will have such an important role in your wedding day.
